I once contemplated on the best way to say “I love you” in the English language, because I always tell people that I love them. Everyday. Over text, on Skype or YM, on their Walls, before hanging up on the phone, IN ALL CAPS with lots of !!!!!!!, with all sorts of modifiers, with a hug, or with a big wet kiss on the cheek. I tell them I love them even when they don’t say it back because it’s not in their culture, they’re not touchy-feely, or their girlfriends might get jealous. Love is the most common miracle, you know. We shouldn’t take it for granted.
